Jake was born in Oklahoma City and raised in the rural area of Kingfisher Oklahoma. After graduating high school he followed his pursuits of higher education at Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. During his time at college he held jobs in the energy sector as a Chemical Engineering Laboratory Technician as well as an Emissions Testing Technician.
Upon graduation in December of 2013 he founded an oil field service company which he owned for 5 years until he transitioned to the midstream energy sector for a Fortune 500 company. Throughout his career in the oil and gas industry he has been actively involved and highly dedicated to providing both quality service with exceptional customer relations.
In 2021, Jake partnered with Hunter to follow his pursuits in customer relationships as the cofounder of Bolt Investment Group. Jake serves several roles including Relationship Manager, Operations, and serves a major role in portfolio design.
